I burned out somewhere between climbing the career ladder and having my children. I still kept going until my second son said “You never have dinner with us". I knew something had to change and that's when I discovered coaching.

I have since regained my SPARKLE and now I am on FIRE to help dentists live their FABULOUS lives right NOW without sacrificing their health and happiness.

After all, we only have one life to live.
