Karen Stein

I am a professionally certified executive coach passionate about supporting people to be of their best.

With over 30+ years working in professional services, and 23 years as a partner of Deloitte, I pivoted into my second career away from specialising in Tax, to designing and implementing the Coaching Program for Women Partners of Deloitte in 2016.

My career change was supported by my completion of a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology.

My first book aimed at increasing the equity of access to coaching, through self coaching, was published in June 2023.
