InteChange recognises leadership as a skill that is based on relationships with your team and where we develop a psychosocially safe culture which gives people a voice, helps them feel a sense of purpose and belonging and therefore have an element of control in their life. Businesses thrive as a consequence as staff are less likely to be absent, fall victim to presenteeism and attrition rates are extremely low.
