As well as running her own business A-List Leadership, Rachel also works full time as an Executive Leadership Consultant for organisations who are seeking to build high performing teams. With over 30 years of experience in oil and gas, mining and utilities and along with adventures such as running safaris in Africa, Rachel has a wide range of knowledge and skills to draw on to help individuals be the best version of themselves.
