Empowering Ambitious Women.
Caroline is about to launch an online hub for ambitious women.
Empowering Ambitious Women is an exciting new hub for ambitious women.
She believes the future of business is in women. We are focused on having an impact and turning talk into action to bring about change with advancing women. EAW exists because they are the voice for ambitious women who are hungry to reach their potential. EAW believes that every woman is capable of achieving anything she desires. The EAW community is for women climbing the corporate ladder, living the entrepreneurial life, or maybe they just want to surround themselves with smart role models.
We believe YOU CAN’T BE WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE, and alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much.
We bring together this generation and the next generation of ambitious female executives, CEOs, business leaders and entrepreneurs.
This community is for determined women who are committed to building their careers and businesses.
At EAW they are tired of hearing about the lack of equality for women, together we can BE the change we want to see.
Only 16 percent of women are in CEO roles, and men still dominate boards. Just a 1/3 of women are in key management roles. Men continue to dominate the speaking circuit, too.
New figures reveal the overall general pay gap in Australia is narrowing, with progress from 2016 - 2017 at 0.7%, but the pace is way too slow! The World Economic Forum predicts that the gender gap will close by the year 2186, and scientists say that by this stage we’ll have colonised Mars and have hosted our first ever robot Olympics. The reality of the lack of progress is frightening!!
Why can' t we have gender equality now?
As a woman who became one of the 16% of female CEOs, and who has led in male-dominated industries, I’m passionate about creating pathways for women leaders to step up, take a seat at the table and own it.
